Green Threads is a online store which specializes in Organic and Eco-Friendly clothing and accessories.
Do you have a catalog?
At this time, we do not have a hardcopy catalog. We only have our website to showcase our products. This allows us to keep you current with our inventory.
I love your clothes. How often do you receive new items?
We receive shipment every 2-3 weeks. Sometimes we order replacement items that are selling well or brand new products. If there is something you are looking for contact us and we will try to supply it for you. Or, if there is an item you don't like, let us know.
I have a problem. Can I call you?
I'm sorry!! We do not have a business phone since we are a start up business. PLEASE email us at Customerservice@mygreenthreads.com. In your detailed message please state the issue, your name, return call back number, product in question, account number, and what you are seeking. We check our emails regularly so don't worry about us not contacting you. We will! Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply or a call back, which ever you prefer.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We try to process all orders within 48 hours. Most of the time they are processed the day they are received, and shipped that night or the next day. We are based out of Austin, Texas so depending on where the order is sent, we approximate 4-5 days. We ask that you allow 1-2 weeks for delivery to be on the safe side.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We have added google checkout for your convenience for those with an account. No personal checks are accepted. Our site is secure and completely safe.
