- We hope you are satisfied with every purchase you make at mygreenthreads.com, but know this may not always be the case. If a order needs to be returned to us, please contact us first at CustomerService@mygreenthreads.com so that we may authorize your return. We will accept unused items for a full refund, credited back to your original method of purchase. Please include your packing slip for fast processing of your return. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used merchandise, and we can not offer refunds for clothing that appears used upon return. If a product is damaged upon receipt, do not accept the damaged good. If accepted, contact Green Threads within 48 hours so that we may pursue proper recourse with the courier service.
